grrrr... my damn computer sucks !!!!
i can connect with my 56k modem but not my DSL to this site and this forum....... HOW COME?!?!
proxy? err i dunno

Dude... try some stuff in your computer... properties.... application stuff... you have to check modems.. or etherent adapters..
install and USE the one you want

did you make sure your browser is set to use HTTP 1.1 THROUGH PROXY SERVER? because if you're behind a proxy, then that's more likely your problem infin.

that's really weird... cuz sometimes i'm behind a proxy and it does not work with that http proxy 1.1 switched on, but it does work with out it on...???

Theres a software program out there that lets u bypass proxy servers...don't know the name off hand but i will find out...
Good for those of u at work or school..lol
