Saw this on RA this morning (they do feature some good shit if you look right ) - LOVE this, especially track 2 and 4. Sounds like it could've been right out of 1994. He's got that warm, dubby early 90s sound totally nailed. I think the the way the mixes sound and the cross-use of different styles tells you that this was made in 2016 but still, there aren't a lot of new records that can capture that kind of vibe. Would love to hear more in this direction.
Yep, that's definitely some early Apollo-era jams there.
