ITA Flight Matrix is what I use and it searches everything. You may have to watch a Youtube video on it to figure out how to use it properly

Also you'll find the best fares on Wednesday afternoons. I like staying up to date on TravelPirates.com as well.

But honestly on Domestic flights just check carriers like Jetblue, Southwest and Virgin. International flights I always fly one airline Miami to Brussels direct, Jetairfly. Example my ADE flight was 339euro round trip

Domestic flights Ill stick with carriers like Donnie said. International flights check skyscanner.com
