I don't know if I expect too much of a response for this or a fuss, just wanted to tell everyone on board that 2 days ago, 23:00 Israeli time, an assasin broken through the fence of the settlement (She moved in there for financial reasons only, not politically, and though that with the current state, no place is particularly safe) where my form teacher lived, carrying a machine gun and an explosive belt... He immediately encountered and killed 2 13 & 14 year old girls, thus making enough noise for a nearby neighbour to hear, pull a gun and ry to shoot him through her window, but her gun was stuck and the assasin ran to the nearest house, which was my form teacher's house where she and her husband were dining, immediately shooting them... The fuss pulled the local security forces, and the assasin ran outside shooting, injuring 2 more soldiers before being shot, luuckily without deploying the explosives...
My form teacehr was first evaluated wounded light, but on her way to the hospital her state got worse and she died on the operating table. Her husband was injured edium and was out of danger 8 hours later... today was her funeral... so many people came, she was a great person, so caring... I will probably miss her at the end of high school more than I do now, I saw her family, 3 children a little older than 20, not belieeving it,, wasshed up in tears... These have been 2 intense days at school... all of our class pupils supported each other, and it's hard, seeing the people I have fun with, the ones I ocasionally trade mutual slags with, broken, crying, in such need of support...

thats really sad. i watced a documentary the other day about settlers in the gaza strip and the constant danger that theyre under. your teacher was rather brave.

as for the sniper killing her if he knew her beliefs on co-existance. absolutly. it dosent matter what she thought, she was a jew. and sadly thats enough to get you killed no matter what. theyre conditioned to believe that all isrealies are evil and well... stop figuring things out for themselves and just follow rethoric.

Quite the emotional thread. You have my condolences as well.

I couldnt imagine what you are going through. All the injustice in todays world is robbing us all of great people. The great people that few of us will be fortunate enough to meet ourselves, but that have undoubtably touched some of our lives.

I live in Canada, and we have people of many ethnic and geographical origins that live in peace and co-existence. I hope that we never lose that, and countries that dont have it now, can one day adopt a similar tolerance.
