I have to say that I'm very impressed with this song.
The production is excellent, A progressive tune with enough in it to keep the melodic fans happy.
I esp love the little touches on the synths, I.E. the little filter changes.
Sonds very neat, send some demo's off. I'm sure there will be interest

Thanks very much, I appreciate it

I was just listening to your stuff, a song called Halon... I liked it a lot, I didn`t have yet time to listen to your newer stuff but I will surely listen to it later!

I haven`t yet posted any demos ( this is my first totally complete track ) but I will post some when I get more tracks finished...

Best regards, Lakeus

Hi

I'm impressed with this track also. However I did not enjoy the first 9 seconds with that funny electro/synth sound and the bass fading in. I'd drop that, put an 8 bar intro of kick - clap - bass (perhaps the bass fading in over the 8 bars) then into kick - clap - bass percussion, and build from that.

The production and overall structure is excellent. Plenty of melody, not repetitive and kept me interested.

And yes, send samples to record companies. This should be picked up and get a few remixes.

Best of luck

Stella

No mitäs, todella hyvä biisihän tämä on!
Ehkä hieman enemmän voluumia bassoraitaan ja basariin ja pikkasen lisää perkussioita niin saisit tästä vähän menevämmän.

...and the same in English (so no-one feels left out )
Very good tune indeed!
Maybe a bit more volume on the bassline and the bassdrum, and some more percussions to "get it going" a bit more.

Nice job

Ai niin:
Kiitos Oni-kommenteista. Täytyy kuitenkin muistaa, että Outsource on bändi, eli en voi ottaa kunniaa kokonaan siitä itselleni

new track

This is a wicked track, i am a DJ on worldwide FM www.wwfm.co.uk playing trance and i could quite easily play that on my show, i could also see it doing well in the clubs and so even in the charts! It does need expanding though as it is only 5:35 long. i am also a producer and would love to do a remix for you if you wanted.

You can contact me at either:

[email protected] or
[email protected] or
in the wwfm Chatroom between 8-10 PM sundays GMT (My show time)

Keep up the good work!

Gareth

Well, i dont find it that good to be honest, however you have a nice plethora of effects.

What bugs me mostly, is the percussion and how the bassdrum drowns.
Sounds sorta simple and amateurish, not impressing me too much.

The melodies, effects and detail of the track are however quite good.
Lotsa of weird things and twists and turns ;=).

However im still bugged by boring tisch clap tisch clap and the little closed hat running in between.

The track itself is also short, try starting slowly and build up, cause you have some damn great ideas mate, they just seem to be introduced too quick.

Good track tho, try focusing more on buildup and percussions and not just effects and atmosphere

Cheers,
MaC

Thanks everybody for the comments, Gareth, it would be great if you could play my track on your show!!! I`ll send you some email...

McBigMac: Sorry that you didn`t like the track that much, I agree that some percussion could be added but I don`t think that the bass drum, the clap or hihat sound boring or amateurish... but everybody has their own opinions... thanks for the comments though...
