Has anyone (besides me) unlocked the Delorian also known as the "Deluxo" in GTA: Vice City?

I bet I wasn't the only one disappointed when they found out that the doors on the Deluxo (Delorean) open up just like any normal car door would, instead of the gullwing style that the car is so famous for.

Do you need to get %100 complete to unlock it?

No you do not need to get 100% to unlock the Deluxo. All you have to do is go to Sunshine Auto located right next to Vice City airport (You must buy Sunshine auto in order to gain access to the list).

Drive down the ramp that brings you behind Sunshine auto. You will see multiple car garages and to your immediate right you will also see a list of cars posted on the wall (about six cars are posted on the list). All you have to do is acquire all the cars that are posted on the list and return the cars back to Sunshine auto and park it inside the garage (right next to the list). Once you have acquired all the specified vehicles, you'll be shown a short video of the Deluxo, which will then be available.

If you complete the list you will notice that another list will automatically replace the list that you have just completed. If you return all the cars that are specified on the list, then you will unlock other cars that weren’t available when you started the game.

Yeah I have the Deluxo...and it doesn't look much like a Delorian either if you ask me. Oh well, the car is kinda quick but I like the hotring racer best I'm trying to complete all the rampages right now...only 15 more to go. They're much easier than the ones on GTA3 though

Ah.. Well I'm not far enough that I can purchase that garage.. im only at around 20%.. (I think)

yah ive noticed that on the rampages. and the respawn points for the tokens are always the same. in GTA3, i rarely beat them, and now i get them first time usually. still fun tho|
