Still traveling, kinda putting the pieces of the puzzle of life together. They have been coming together recently, just don't know what to do with the puzzle now that its pretty much complete.
Been thinking about kids, but also been thinking about traveling more. Kind of a weird crossroad. If I do have a kid, I want to actually be there and not an absentee father like a lot of my dirtbag cousins. Kind of the reason I don't have pets (even though I would like one) it wouldn't be fare to the animal if I'm bouncing around the globe and its at home with out any attention/love.
Don't get swallowed up in that adulthood trap bro, it's going to drag you down. Spend quality time with your daughter and wife, if your job sucks find another one that doesn't. I have a lot of friends that are trapped into their jobs because of mortgage bills etc while their life just keeps on walking away. They are just on autopilot in survival mode and wont take the risk to snap out of it. One recently did snap out of it and he's leaving California to Houston, I'm going to help him move in a few weeks. His wife wants to stay at home and he doesn't make enough for her to do so here in Cali, but in Houston she can be at home and he can work and its enough income. A couple of my other friends are still trapped, not sure if they will figure out an escape route before they die.
Thats dope that Gina forced you to do something, you need to force your self to do more and not care about everyone else. FOMO and comparing your self to others is a mental trap homie. The truth is in GENUINELY not caring about what others think of you. Just put yourself in the mindset of sucking a trannys dick on sunset blvd while people are walking by and watching you go ham. You're so focused on the cock you don even care or notice the people walking by. Thats how focused you have to be with your family, because in reality thats who will be there for you until the end.

I hear ya my bro. Thankfully, I've surpassed a lot of my FOMO stages and actually get a chance to get out (once a month or so) to a party I will really enjoy (Dixon last week and DJ Tennis in June). It's about scheduling the babysitter yo. Thankfully, we have a cool friend that's one of Gina's clients. Free hair cut for a babysitting night
Take your time on kids my bro. No rush for that shit. Pets are awesome though. I'd say our 2 dogs helped me mature A LOT! I'd stay out till the wee hours of the morning but always head home around 8ish to feed them and walk them... albeit, strung out as a muther fucker but still... i did my daddy duties. Changed my life for the better. But it's still a commitment. Don't be one of those owners that gets a dog and gives them back (that's what i tell anyone who is thinking about getting a pet).
So... are you an LA Chargers fan still? Vegas Raiders baby! Might as well hop on that band wagon. Vegas is practically your 2nd home... 3rd home is probably Miami. Cmon yo! Join the winning side! |
Meh. I'm only a San Diego Chargers fan. I only like to support local teams. It's tough to root for an LA team. Unless a team comes to San Diego IDK if I will ever get back into football that much. I still watch here and there but not going to go out of my way to watch it like I used to. NFL is losing it's fanbase, every year it shrinks more and more.
I got kind of a wake up call recently and I have a lot more motivation for things than I used to (even less time for NFL), that's keeping me super busy because I have so many projects going on right now. I'm still flipping cars and car parts but I'm finally getting into the music industry, where as before I just did it to party. I'm managing a few guys, agent for a few guys and obviously promoting parties down here in SD. I'm also meeting up with promoters everywhere I go, and going out of my way to touch base with them. Because they are the ones that are booking the DJ's, I need to have a relationship with them. If they book my guys in their city, I can book them (most promoters are dj's) out here in San Diego when we have events. So there's an incentive for everyone.
