Guys, can anybody help me out with this track?

All I know is the info given in the description, namely that Marusha played the tune at DT64 Dancehall Live in February 1992 in Halle Germany. 🇩🇪
I extracted the footage from a longer video.
The audio isn't really good and Shazam doesn't recognize the track.

So I hope there's somebody who can ID this techno track.
