Aswell as posting on here i am thinking about starting up my own forum. i was wondering who is the best to do one with.

1) i dont want to pay for one
2) i dont want to download the software

i also found out that you cant get the free version of vbulletin as it is discontinued. could any 1 suggest some sites to go with?

U can use your own homepage space to host your forum, your provider will probably give you like 50 mb, that isn't the problem!!
