This was from a set by Lee Dagger at The Monastery in Torquay from Feb 2000.

I reckon it's Dutch. Sounds a bit like Michel Pollen or could be something on the old Lube/District labels. There were a couple Combined Forces labels on this same set so might be a promo from them too.

Any help appreciated,
