How do i get into the DC hub?

my XP crashed fatally and i lost my entire mp3 collection... i've had to live off cds and a few mp3 essentials for a while now... i tried pming the guy you're supposed to a long time ago but got no reply... so if anyone can pm me with some info that'd be great...
