From what i remember of the film, it's pretty crap and dull.
it was sort of about transvestite prostitutes and one of them dies.
That's the best description i can give, it was so dull and boring, i left way b4 it finished and its way old btw, at least 10 years old and the book even older.
i was tempted to buy it at one of those 2nd hand stores
what about PI?

god damn requiem for a dream was some hella freaky shit
i seriously wanted to stop watching it but i couldnt.
it was so..... freaky.... so...... depressing....
i forced myself to watch the whole thing. it was like 2am when i started watching so it was really dark and i was alone. it kept making me shudder and when it was over i had like all these different views on life. some freaky shiet. i highly recommend it to anyone who hasnt seen it.
