Getting rid of track gaps

Ive downloaded the PVD Live set (Cream@Amnesia) and ive got the tracks split up using MP3-Cutter, but when I try to burn I keep getting the 2 second track gap instead of the continous mix. I have have both Nero and CDRWIN Installed, could someone explain how to do that using either program? Also, ive tried DAO but that didn't work, theres also DAO/96 method that I have not tried yet. But anyway thanks in advance

Nevermind, I figured it out. I still have the tiny pops though even at 0 seconds, I usually just use a program like EAC or Nero that understands cue sheets, but if the mix and cue goes over 80 minutes it will error because it goes over the lenght that the CD can handle as im sure you all know, is there anyway or any program that can automatically split the mix into two cd's or does it still have to be done manually?
