Cubase... Is it something like Reason/Fruity (like little soft-studio)??
And is it really any good?

Cubase is a sequencer. only. But it's a damn powerful one, probably only logic platinum can compete with it. You need lots of vst plugins or hardware to make the actual sounds, but if you get it right it sounds like no other. It's a professional tool..

Reason running along side Cubase via Rewire on a high spec machine, it doesnt get much more powerful as far as computer music production goes. Its also fukin wicked!

Yeah, I already have Reason (and I love it). but I think I will get Cubase (or some other that acn be rewired with Reason and can ahndle those VST-plugins). And maybe I also will get Rebirth... Little birds told me that Rebirth is really good for 303-sound

www.buzzmachines.com I'll never get tired of saying Buzz rulez! D'l it. If you are up for something really hard but amazingly rewarding on software, use that. James Holden backs up my word. I'm serious.

buzz is cool, and its free. Good thing i have a backgruond in tracking, otherwise it'd be very frustrating to learn. Still buggy though, cuz the guy lost the code. I hope they update the prog, cuz I think its great.
You can load buzz machines into fruity, which I'm fooling around with right now. FSM infector is an awesome synth.
So buzz is VST or something if it can be used with Fruity?

No, buzz is a program for making music. I wouldn't recommend it if you're using reason. Buzz does sound better than reason in many regards, and you can do a lot more with it, but sequencing with it is a nightmare if you have no tracker experience.
But, you can use buzz machines (the synths, and effects too i think) within fruity... although not all work and you lose a lot of the freedom buzz gives you.
