There was this natural gas company that needed to run a gas pipe through a farmers field. the guy couldnt run the pipe any other way but through the field and went and asked the farmer who owned the field could he run his pipe throught his field, and the farmer thought to himself that he might be able to get something out of it so he said to the gas company man "ill give you e2000 for you to hook me up to the pipe-line and with no meter or nothing to pay for the rest of my life". the gas man flat refused and said "i will get fired if i do that". but the farmer kept at him and at him and the farmer was getting really really pissed off with him so to shut him up he said "ok ill hook you up to the pipe-line for e2000 on one condition, you are not to use it until i am long gone and you are not to tell anyone about it,no one". the farmer agreed to this and was quite happy, and within a month he was cooking on his new hob with free natural gas for the rest of his life.

about 2 weeks later he found that the flame was turning a bit yellow and thought to himself, is this the colour the gas is supposed to burn? and went to his neighbours house who was paying a yearly rate for the same gas supply and he looked at their flame and it was a nice clean burning blue flame. he thought, holy shit whats goin on with my gas.

about a week later the flame turned pure yellow and once again he went to his neighbours house and checked the colour of the flame and it was still blue.

about another week later his flame went out totally so he decided to go out to his field and dig up the ground to see if there was a blockage in the pipes or something and he was digging and digging until he came to the centre of his field and found that the pipe turned and went straight down, so he started digging again. he stopped digging when his spade hit another metal object and thought, brilliant i found an inspection chamber or something that will tell if it is blocked or not. he digged on down aroung the metal object and what he found was a cylinder bottle of flo gas which the gas man put in instead of hooking him up to the pipeline.
