Thread Subscription

Every time i post in a thread, it always subscribes me to it unless i unsubscribe it... it is getting very annoying as i get like 30 e-mails each day and 27 of them are from TA saying that someone has replied to my post....

is there a way to deactivate my subscription to threads... by the way... when i receive and e-mail it says click here to unsubscribe to all threads but it still doesn't seem to want to unsubscribe...

click on "profile" (top right corner)
click on "edit options"
click the option to shut-off email notification...
