Speed Garage/UK 4x4 Garage is an OLD genre, what happened is like in 1997-1998 that stuff was popular, then in 1999-2000, 2-step replaced it (2-step was the best type of garage if you ask me), but now everything that constitutes "garage" is really poorly produced breakbeat songs with a D&B wannabe bassline.

But as for oldskool garage songs, anything by Tuff Jam, Todd Edwards, Double 99, MJ Cole is good.
