I dont know about you guys but I am on a very fast internet connection. I know several of you are because I have traded files wtih you... I want to know if any of you guys know of a VERY FAST transfer place... Kazaa is extremely slow most of the time, soul seek also takes a very long time... even the TA Hub on direct connect... i cant seem to get files off it.. when im on it takes forever to browse a users files, and when u can the transfers are so slow it would take like 2 days for a 5 MB song... if anybody knows of somewhere faster, let me know... I would also be interested in compiling a database of all songs that we have... i know a program that can scan ur Hard drives and list all of your files... if you would be willing to do this, it takes about 15 seconds to scan, not even, and send me the list i will make available a list that is categorized by type of music so if you ever need to find a song and another TA has it, we can make arrangements to either trade online or send eachother CD's.... i really think i can get this to work, so if you are interesed, Instant message me.... napster was amazing.. however its not here so we gotta do something to keep our collections updated... i know between all the TA's we have one sick collection... so if we can all make a huge list of our tracks, we can find the stuff we need, especially the more rare things. all u guys gotta do is tell me and ill send u this program which is extremely small, scan ur mp3s which takes 10 seconds, and then ill make the list for everybody which will get updated very frequently.. and as far as sending songs go, we can use the direct connect function on instant messenger, or a hub on direct connect, etc. it should be amazing..
