I really don't like any of the presets that come with reason (1). Some of the percussion in redrum is good. I just tend to go through them all and run them through filters to get a different sound.

As far as subtractor goes, the best patch i know of is "init patch"

I usually use my own samples when I'm mixing in Reason. Though, there's a few good samples included in the reason sound bank.

Well the overall refill isn't much (after all it's only 3mb or so) but the pad sound in jp8000 is just about the best thing ever
