Armin Van Buuren "yet another day" vs. Sun Decade - I'm Alone (Mirco De Govia remix)

next year, i am 90% sure that when we think 2002, we will automatically think of these two songs. Armins "Yet Another Day" recieved a LOT of hype after he played it @ ID-T radio. Now "i'm alone" is gainging momentum. No other song has the power and emotion that these two have. It can also be looked as the best male vocal trance of the year vs. best female vocal trance of the year. anyways, those are my two cents, now for my vote:

I choose Yet Another Day. It is quite possibly the best male vocal track ever seen in trance. The fact that Ray Wilson (who wrote the lyrics) lost a dear friend of his in suicide brings the emotions out of every tranceaddict out there. how much more emotional and deep can u get? lovely lovely lovely

"Yet Another Day" for sure So much Energy. The Male vocals remind me of 80's rock

I frankly don't understand the hype behind Yet Another Day. The synths are unimaginative and the vocal is, in my opinion, miserable. To me comparing the two is laughable. I'm Alone is simply on a different plane altogether.

I understand my opinion may seem harsh. Perhaps it's similar to how some people viscerally dislike Southern Sun whereas it is one of my top tracks ever. But honestly, Yet Another Day? I don't get it.

Armin van Buuren ft. Ray Wilson - Yet Another Day (Sunday 5PM Mix) is HOT.

Armin RULEZZZZ!!!

Really great trance music is best heard when you're lying on the floor, with arms outstretched, crucified beneath monstrous speakers. Trance takes the thump of hardcore techno music and scatters it among swirls of melody and elliptical rhythms, facilitating a sense of detachment that allows the mind to wander. For instance, on Sasha's Global Underground: Ibiza the sounds rise and fall together, working cohesively, like on a perfect night in the blue room upstairs at the rave, bringing you back down to Earth only long enough to be bounced right back into the stratosphere. The music provides an appreciation of musical space--the distance between sounds and the silence before the boom--allowing the listener to seep into each song slowly, convincingly.

Sun Decade is way better because I don't agree with male vocals in trance, even without the vocals its way better.
