Maaaaaan, my worst night of DJing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was spinning last night at this club in downtown Seattle. It was just another night. The chiks were looking good, the crowd was diggin my music, and the lighting was superb...........Well, I was playing Ghostland's guide me god, and suddenly the sound of Left channel goes out. (I have immediately noticed this on the DJM-600's LED meter) People thought I was messing with AUTO PAN or something. Well, I wasn't. After about 10 minutes, people stopped dancing and just stared at me. Well, I tried to toggle around with the RCAs jack, and the mixer rack's gap wasn't big enough for my hand to fit in. In that process I accidently hit the tonearm of the turntable and it made that shiiiittttty asssssss noise...................u get the picture now. Muy mal

Well, when I hit the tonearm, it skidded all the way across the record. Then there was silence. Everybody on the dance floored stared at me, and I was just like "uhhhhhhhhhhhh" I tried to play the song again from the beginning, but they weren't digging that. Man stupid Technics RCA jacks.....

oh man. but its happened to the best of em. at impulz 2002 right in the middle of tiestos set the sound just went off. but tiesto still had sound and was still moving his head around to the music. it was the funniest shit i have ever seen. they had it fixed within 2 minutes, but thats because its impulz, a huge ass outdoor festival in holland, not just another club.
just 2 weeks ago at miami global gathering in the middle of edgar v's set the trebble just went away. i was like "wtf?" and thought that he did it, but they had it fixed soon enough.
hehe, also at miami global gathering, one of tall paul's vinyl was DIRTY as hell! and that bitch was popping bad. hahahahaha. but thats his fault.
