is there a way to make the playlist window larger?
and a way to organize songs?

yes... by dragging it outwards you can make it bigger... if u want to make the font size bigger, press control + p and theres an option to adjust font size. if you want to make the entire thing bigger, press control + D and you can switch between regular size and extra large

The playlist window u can resize by going to bottom right corner, left click and drag it to the size u want. And u can organize the songs by clicking Misc > Sort > ...the rest u'll see there.
