i have lots of emotional problems that i don't really want to face.
so i pop open beer after beer until those problems disappear. take some drugs, sniff some glue, fuck.. whatever works!

Sorry dude,but Iam not trying to insult your reasons but I don't think thats the way to go.Sure drinking is fun, and if done responsibily its always fun. The one thing people never consider about drinking is that it really hurts your body.Specially your liver. And let me tell you guys something, if you think your liver is expendable, then think again. Without it your dead. People never consider how important their body is. I done some heavy drinking in my time and I believe it never did me good. But that's just my two cents. if you want to flame me for this go ahead. But doing it just proves my point

i drink for social reasons
just cuz its something to do at clubs and parties
you're gonna drink some sort of liquid anyway so you might as well have alc. in it to get more bang for your buck
sure you damage your liver but if you dont do it that much you keep the harm to a minimum
and plus i never get hangovers so to me drinking is painless and easy

Don't ask me why I smoke...

hehe, not quite that extreme, but in the same sense. i drink cuz it allows me to be more laid back and cool about things. gives me a little more confidence too, so i don't feel shy introducing myself to people i don't know. i've only gotten completely trashed once, and i hated it, so 2 or 3 and that's it. that's my happy medium (sp?! i've been studying non-stop, and i can't tell if that's right or wrong, lol )

oh for sure, but after a few, it all tastes the same, so you get into the cheaper stuff, and just drink to keep the buzz

I don't drink very often but these days there's no such thing as 1-2 beers for me, I just get hammered. I guess I do it because it's fun, and since I don't do it that often I guess it's not that big of a deal.
