i am wondering if the ""quotes around the title/performer make a difference?

because i made a cue sheet and it here is part of it

TRACK 02 AUDIO
TITLE "The Act - Something About You
INDEX 01 04:29:00
TRACK 03 AUDIO
TITLE "DJ Arabesque - Serendipity (Remix)"
INDEX 01 08:44:00


u can see that track 2 is missing quotes around the end of the title...i made it in CDRCUE and they did not put the end quotes...

does that make a difference..or do the quotes mean nothing?

yes they make a difference... if you put the title of the track in there, you NEED quotes around it. period

are you sure?.....

because i burned a CD with titles that had NO quotes for fun...to see what would happen....

and it works fine.....so why do you say you need the quotes? what are they for? how do they make a difference?
