It appears when the guy is stomping proudly out into the street from the mens bathroom because he has just resisted the other people trying to make him masturbate with a magazine and lose his bet. after reading ur post, i watched the film on mpeg but there was no dance tune played and you dont see him go out onto the street after escaping from the mens.
