can fit into 500 flight case

They are different sized, but even if they were to fit in the flightcases, you couldn't really use them.

The CDJ500/700 still use a toploader system, while the CDJ100/800/1000 use the front slot in type. So either you would have to modify the flightcase or take the cdplayer out each time you want to insert a cd...

its not a problem to modify the case...
but... ineed to know what bigger the 500 or the 1000/800

CDJ 500 LTD II = 320W x 362D x 98.5H
CDJ 700 = 217W x 227.7D x 98H
CDJ 800 = 305W x 345D x 105H
CDJ 1000 = 320W x 370D x 105H

You might get away with a modified pseudo CDJ 500 LTD II flightcase (made to fit other brand tabletops like older Gemini's and Omnitronics and likewise, they are usually build with a bigger margin)...
