L'esparanza/Carte Blanche Mix Up Syndrome (ECBMUS)

This is for those how have so knowledge of the human psyche.
I'm having a strange and annoying problem.
I keep confusing Verachoca-Carte Blanche with Airscape-L'Esparanza. I know that they sound completely different and aslong as I concentrate I'm fine. But when someone plays them without my knowledge I mix them up.
Can anyone explaine to me why this is happening. ....and is there any treatment for it???????
