Delegate vs. Emo-Trance - Re-Fresh EP: Return To Tazmania

Okay, I've been searching after this track for years now, infact since I've heard Magik 2 for the first time (1998 I think). The tune is featured on the album, it's the first track, it's called "Return To Tazmania" and its originally featured on a EP called Re-Fresh done by Delegate vs. Emo-Trance. http://www.discogs.com/release/43001 (thanks to starglider for the link.)

Hopefully someone can provide some info if this ever was released or not. Because i need this tune so badly.
