Smiley DJ need help with this technique!!

Hey, i need help! I'm trying to figure out how dj fuzion in his tranceaddict set does this skipping effect during the song "let there be light"...ive heard it done a few times. Its got this double beat or sumtin. Can someone please explain to me how he does this??

Without downloading the set and listening to it...it sounds like he may be using one of the effects on a DJM600. The filter will give you a cool skipping effect sort of sounds like timed cutouts. And the delay effect gives you a cool techy double beat sound.
