York - The Awakening (Remixes)

Class1 Mix
Suspicious Remix
Remastered 03 Mix

I never heard these mixes yet, they're ok. The Class1 Mix is a bit cheesey in my opionion. The Suspicious Remix is a bit hard, which is different from the original, yet still has that tiny element of cheese here and there, otherwise it would be an allright remix. The best mix has to be Remastered 03 Mix, which is not that different from the original. Beginning of it is sort of chill out, with nice vocal cuts, and what sounds to be bugs (yes, I forget what they're called). Only being about 6 mins it's a bit short, so an extended mix would be nice...or possible an ambient / chill mix. Out of the three, I perfer the Remastered 03 Mix.

You're totally correct. The remastered mix is the best one, however the other ones are a little more 'active'.

The best track from york (imo) is:
York - Reachers Of Civilization (Rank 1 Remix)

I have the original Awakening mixes, which include original mix, mellow mix & Quake remake. I must say i still prefer Quake remake after listening to these new mixes. I think the Suspicious remix isn't necessarily a new mix, just now released because i think i have heard it before some years ago. Not 100% sure though.
