for ultra, you just buy a ticket, and that gives you admission to the all-day festival on 3/22 12pm-1am.

i don't know too much about a bracelet that gets you in everywhere, but there is an actual conference going on that you can attend seminars and lectures at. most of us just go to all the parties.
