Love Pvd Gravy

granted the pvd REWORK just speeds up the original and tacks on paul's overused bassline...

sometimes when i need to relax, i listen to Sasha's original.. sometimes when i want to shake my arse, i listen to the pvd rework..

which do YOU prefer?

Pork!

i think pvd butchered it.. i know he only did it to integrate it into his sets better so i won't hold it against him..

Paul's rework of this isn't too bad...not as bad as I thought it would be, but Sasha's original is way better imo.

the original is a masterpiece, i've loved it since day one. heard it at impulz 2002 in guy ordanal's set. i went so mad. with all the nl tas wow it was nuts. pvd's mix i love as well, but the orignal is so much more special to me. but i most definatly listen to the pvd mix as well.

p.s. nice artwork again porky

Again I say: some songs shouldn't be remixed. And especially not by Paul van Dyk. This is one of them.

respect to Paul van dyk on his work throughout the years but in my opinion he butchered it and wavy gravy got played at Aria montreal in november and beleive me when u listen to this track it is so pure and simple that u will express ur feelings . u wont be jumping all around and dancing hardcore style but it will get to u and ur body is gonna move with the music so dont need to remix it this way (IMO: it sholdnt be played in this way) Respect To Sasha

I don't see what was so ultra-specail about wavy gravy to begin with, it seems like an average sasha tune IMO. I think Airdrawndagger has at least three better tracks on that album, not to mention the whole Xpander EP which just owns.

Of Course all the fans of the original are gonna hate PvD rework, and all the PvD fans wil love both, maybe that says something about the types of fans these two dj's get

Well, now that I've finally heard PvD's version, definitely different feels to both of these tracks. On the dance floor (Where it realy matters), the PvD wins hands down
