in my opinion... she basically needs to choose. what other way is there? she needs to figure out who she likes better and who she thinks will make a better friend... and consider if you will be able to be her friend if she doesnt break up him for you.

Is her b/f psycho? If not, go for it. That kind of situation happened to a friend of mine and he got his ass beat by the girl's EX B/f and like 20 other people.
