The year 2000 has been a great year for DJ Tiësto. Besides the succesful
mixcompilations Magik 6 - Live In Amsterdam and In Search Of Sunrise 2,
he produced his very first U.S.A./Canada mixcompilation for Nettwerk
Records, entitled Summerbreeze. His remixes from Delerium, Jan Johnston,
Coast 2 Coast and Schiller are rocking dancefloors around the world, while
his new hitsingle Flight 643 is on the playlist of almost every dj. He is
currently working on his solo album, which will be released sometime after
the summer.
But let's get back to Magik 7. In 2001 Tiësto has already done two small
tours across the U.S.A. and Canada, making his first appearance in famous
clubs like Limelight (New York), Space (Miami) and Spundae (San Francisco),
every time for a sold out venue. On his second tour, he decided to capture
the moment and record Magik 7 live at the Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles.
This mix is a great reflection of his 2001 U.S.A. sets, with the audience as
an essential part of the recording. We hope you enjoy!
Wel een lekker cd'tje dacht ik het niet? Veel nummers uit de bekende live-sets van de afgelopen tijd, maar het top- punt is toch wel het laatste nummer, vet raggen!
grtz,
TNG
