Different Needles...

I have 3 needles. 1 of them came with my set-up and 2 of them are my friends, i kept changing them around and everything and now i want to find out which one is which. Like i can't tell the dif between their sound quality.
maybe some pointers what i should do or what i should check for?

basically i want to use the best 2 but not sure which ones are the best.

thx.

maybe you arent listening to them on speakers that are sensitive enough. i have nightclub e's, s's and groovemasterIIs and with those, the groovemasters have this bloat in the mid that i do not like, and the highes are not as detailed....and the bass is a bit muddy. the nightclub s's are more dynamic so the bass and treble response is better and the frequencies are more evened out.... with the e's i can really notice the difference in the detail in the highs... it actually sounds like its getting deeper into the grooves and catching the waves more precisely. the sound is also much more refined, and theres more balance espeically in the upper mids. thats all i can say really, i dont know how else to tell you to lissten to them. if you really cant tell, maybe its just best to kepe the cheaper ones? it depends on what you want but if its for you, and if you cant tell the differece then the reality as it is to you is that they are not different.
