I am friends with this girl. We always chat and she says no one incomcopatible with me. I am like whatever a;ways listening to her crap. Well I wanted to be nice and get her a valentine's day card. I did and wrote some poem about friendship in it.

Well the next day she says she felt uncomoftable what was in the card. I think this girl has a problem relizing her guy friends of how they treat her. Because i am a guy and got her this card she thought I wanted to make the realationship more than platonic. Well that was not my intention because I did not refer to anything of that sort in the poem I made. She always blows me off when I want to each lunch with her so I just stopped asking. Once she asked me to hangout right before I was leaving and I inivited her. Got her some stuffed animal for this little poor kid she was hosting. All these nice things and she finds the one most appealing is the card she feels uncomofrtable she recived from me on valentine's day to rasie her spirits of all the crap she says to me.

I don't think she deserve's my friendship because I can only take so much because I am human and have feelings. She was just a friend and I respected what she does in life but this just threw it all away.

please leave you opinions. Like should I hate her, talk to her, feel bad. I just need some advice because life sucks sometimes just like this. I know time will heal but if I hate her then time is def a thing I need to forget about her. If not then what else is there?

truethat..she will just be a "hi" friend then from now on. Funny how when we pass each other I usually see her and not the other way around. Difference between me is I can see frineds from miles away and she can't see them right in front of her.

well, that's too bad. i think 1. she should redefine her perception of friendship and 2. you should explain to her that you have nothing of the sort in mind. although it does seem like you have a subconscious attraction to her.

well funny thing is did like her. I had a crush on her quite some time ago. As I got to know her well it kind of turned me off. As friends its cool. When a guy likes a girl and the girl does not like the guy then no need for a relationship. Thats why I never asked her out because she gave off so many signals like that that made me relize not to ask her out. All I wanted was to give her a card on valentine's day and make her feel happy. For "some people" you can't do nice things for them anymore.

I am not a person who thinks girls are crazy. I think with situations like this giving a card to someone can be very thoughtful or a waste of your time

no one gave me a card on valentine's day. See me crying no. Imagine if I got one. I would be happy knowing someone took the time out of their life to give me something. If they liked me that much then they would of asked me out and depending on who it is I would say yes or no. Why the hell would I accuse someone due to a card they like me more than a friend if the only reason the card was written was for someone's love. This card was nothing like that.

Trancealot, i definitely understand your position. i have gone through that a million times myself.

sometimes i despair over women! they are so complicated, oftentimes it's not even worth it being their friends. they automatically assume you want to fuck them, if you act even remotely nice to them. jeez...

but don't worry man, just move on, don't get upset over it, accept things. this sounds cliched but it's true, it's the only way to go through life.

well I got advice from my frined...I spoke to her again. She told me how she felt about the card. Its here opinion and I can't change it. Hearing the truth how she felt is better than not hearing anything at all. And I know cimmunication (good or bad) is better than nothing at all. Thanks to all you also for listneing. Miscommunication was the only problem . I just over reacted because she said it made here feel uncomfortable. Atleast were still cool now.
