If you saw it in an infomercial it is most likely a BS!!!
Go to any supermarket, Health Foods Stores, or any Pharmacy and get yourself some pure extract of VALERIAN ROOT, which is basically like taking vitamins. What this root does, it relaxes your entire nervouse system, vs others so called anti-anxiety medicines that are in reality just muscle relaxers. I've taken valerian root vitamin before major speeches, for anti-anxiety, or when i'm really tired, and I know that I can only get a few hours of sleep and i'll be in even worse shape tomorrow, I take it before going to sleep and even if you've been awake for last three days, then take Valerian root, and only get 5 hours of sleep, you'll wake up feeling like you've just slept for good 12 hrs and there is no headache from oversleeping. Again the secret is that your entire nervous system will be resting with you body, which means reduced brainwave activity, reduced heart beat, you are entirely at peace, thus you rest(sleep) much, much better.... Oh and I know a lot about medicine 'cause my dad is chief pediatrics emergency doctor,my mom is a head registered nurse, and I'm also ADHD, so I know lots about anti - anxiety pills, ridulin and others...
