hmm... that lawsuit has been known for about two months now... People just sue other people out of the heck of it nowadays... Same with the creators of french cartoon/comics Asterix, who are suing some european portable computer firm that named their product "Mobilix"... Since that name sounded a lot like Asterix best bud's "Obelix", they sued.. and won.. The "Mobilix" guys are appealing right now ;(
