This made me teary eyed..(PvD)
taken from a virginmag interview a week ago:
Do you still live fulltime in Berlin?
Paul van Dyk: Yes, Berlin is my home. I got married in Mexico (three years ago). I love it there. You can still find quiet moments and corners there.
You worked with your wife, Natascha, on your last artist album, Out There And Back, didn't you?
Paul van Dyk: Ah, yes, she sang on “Together We Will Conquer.” Actually when I was compiling this DVD project and choosing the tracks I really kind of realized that every single track had something to do with her anyway. We've been together for nine years, so it's such a long time to influence each other. She influenced my music big time. She was the first one to listen to everything I do. Obviously this has an impact on what I'm doing. I was just as much in love with her when I did Out There And Back as when I did 45 RPM (his 1994 breakthrough album). It's just with Out There And Back, it was the first album I completely produced on my own, and it was the first album after all the legal stress of getting off my first label, so it was like a relief. Music was fun to work on again after going through so much hassle.
