This track is from around 99' and it has a trippy female voice saying "I feel wrage". Some kind of effect was used on the vocals. at times it almost sounds like "I feel rain" or "wage" but it sounds more like wrage. Near the end during a break "wrage" is slowed way down like "wwwwwrrrrrrraaaaaaagggeee". There is also some piano samples at the begining and end of the song. I heard this in a (rare) mix by DJ Nemesis, from BC, Canada. Please help with this one, anyone who likes trance will really like it so its worth looking for. It must have been really popular when and where it came out. The best part about it is definetly not the lyrics but they help to identify it.
