I think Final Scratch is basically a great product. Especially for the bedroom DJ, or learning DJ, because it makes things cheaper to begin with. That said, there are certainly moral issues that spring to mind. I don't see the problem with spinning MP3s, even if you are paid to do so... aslong as you own the rights to play those MP3s - ie. you have bought a copy of the track and converted it to MP3 for your personal use.
I know that's a bit of a double standard (for lack of a better term), but I guess that is just where I draw the line - from learning to DJ at home, to doing gigs for money.
If FS works as well as everyone says it does, and I'm sure it does... I'd love to have it!
