hey hopefully twilo will reopen but, they do check id's rigorously. I'm not sure but if my memory serves me right Twilo is on West 27th between 10th and 11th avenues. Its in the meat packing district. As for hotels, its really depends on how much u want to spend and what area u want to be in. U sould definitely check out if twilo reopens before u decide to come.

well you can almost definitely forget about pvd coming or anyone else since twilo lost its cabaret license and by the time they fight it in the courts (if they even bother as the new york post said) itll be way past the 8th. there is a thread about this in the discussion forum
