i'm also trying to produce psytrance in fruity....
but i'm also realy new to this ,but i'll try to answer you 
i dont know those tunes you mentionened but some psy soudns are created with High Pass filters.... but again...use the 3xOsc or VSTi's for this like you would for any other sound.....
i dont kwno HOW to crete psy-sounds, but one little trick ,i guess you can play with the panning , and record it, and it sounds cool , and sometimes psy, when the sound runs from ear to ear 
also the "heart" of most psytrance tracks is the BASS.... so you have to work on it, i use VSTi called "Tau Pro" for this, (try using saw 5 there for exmpale, and paly with the knobs on top...it can do something like psy bass)

also you can play with the EQ for the kick and bass to sound the way you want them too, for example, for the bass, you can try boosting the lower frequinces...

first of all I'm not a producer but I've managed to get some bits and pieces of psy-trance tunes but nothing complete yet to call it a song. and the second thing is that I use reason and not fruity loops (but I guess the ideas remain the same).
here are my tips:
1. since psy-trance is played at high bpm's u need a s high velocity short kick (one that builds up quickly). some of those included in reason in the electronic patches seem to work just fine.
2. I managed to get a bassline that sounds similary to astrix - scientific reality. assuming you are using a 4 by 4 measure and the beat is on the 1st block the bass follows in on the other 3 (i.e. u keep the beat clean). now the layout of the bass kicks is a matter of what you are trying to achieve. something like this seems to sound nice:
K = drum kick L=Bass Low H=Bass High M=Bass Mute

hope this makes some sense!
3. For the psy-style sfx get any sound (e.g record some of your voice, machine and animal usually work best). lower the pitch (enough to make the sound almost unrecognizable but not too much to make it sound like a chopper passing by), use the EQ to drop the low frequencies and raise the mid and high frequencies (or sometimes dropping mid and keeping the rest does it).

If you have soundforge try the Gapper effect on a voice sample. I think it does exactly what you need.
