adobe premiere works fine yes. get 6.0 if you can. it's better.

search download.com for one by typing video capture in the search field. you're bound to find something.

i know a few mac ones (cause i use macs for video, better than a pc), but i doubt you use a mac.

I say you get VirtualDub to do your video capturing. It has very powerful capture capabilities, and it's free to boot. (even those who use Premiere for editing.. virtualdub is usually the tool of choice for capturing in windows.)

I virtualdub when capturing just about any video from my capture card... tvshows/movies/videoclips/etc. (usually I encode in DivX, or mpeg1). great tool! I cant recomend anything else.
