i guess there was ment to be a little humour in that but in all honesty there is a serious point made in there, i think that should be broadcast across the entire world, well to the countries who are still on the fence about this whole issue.

unfortunately A LOT of people think such situations can be solved by ignoring or some form of negotiation............

I personally can't stand a lot of the concepts of anti-war beliefs. Though I am not FOR war, I think the defense that the common anti-war citizen has, is just plain weak. To think its possible to negotiate with EVERYONE and EVERYTHING in this world, is pretty much impossible.

A sober guy walks up to you on the street, puts a gun to your head, and wants to blow your head off. Not for your house, not for your money, not for your car, not for anything materialistic, but for a self surge of power. Could you negotiate and convince him its not worth it? Most likely not. The same goes for war and politics. This is in no relation to the current issues with Iraq, but it is the reason war begins, whether it be for land, power, or money, or all. Whether its our side that wants it, or their side, it will always be a war over some form of power.

I can't judge Bush for his decisions, simply because I'm not in his seat. None of us will ever REALLY know what this war is about, and I find it very interesting to see people who think they have the answer, when their only information is received through newspapers, television, and short presidential speeches. Voice your opinion on what you know, but if the only ground youre standing on is based on local media and personal opinion, don't expect it to mean much to the government or the people you're trying to convince. A protestors protest to me in numberical form is 1 + ? = ??

lets face it, the facts suck. We just plain can't prove anything. We only know what we are told when it comes to todays government. I just wish anti-war protestors would realize, they are standing on a ground built on 1/4th of the story, and the same goes for pro-war protestors. With todays current government, none of us will every REALLY know whats going on, and all we can argue is what we're told. Just remember that before you run around saying whats the right thing to do, and whats the wrong thing to do. Just my opinion on anti/pro war protesting.

It's uninformed kids who constantly repeat "peace, peace, peace" without real analysis of the situation who give seriously-minded anti-war voices a bad name.

I don't support the war, but that's certainly not how I would reply to that caller. She had little idea what she was talking about.

I know. I don't want war either, but that girl was so misinformed about the present situation in Iraq. She would just giggle when she was asked a serious question, and didn't know what she was talking about. It's hard for me to agree with most anything that Bush does, but I'm going to try and give him the benefit of the doubt on this one. I am in favor of giving Sadddam an ultimatum (maybe till the end of March or something). If he doesn't have the threat of military intervention, he will never cooperate.

Us Brits really shouldn't be part of this war. We're not cut out for it.

About a month ago a convoy of British anti-war protestors arrived in Iraq on a convoy of buses and chained themselves to US&UK military targets to act as a human shield. They recent returned to the UK....because of fears for their safety.

I think we should stay out of this one, we'll only be in the way

American troops have also been given special training on how to avoid shooting British soldiers.....

Between the two of us, I reckon we've a good chance of losing this one

The only thing I get from this now is that there should be a war. That guy makes a valid point that Sadaam has killed millions of people and that civilion casualties have to happen in order to restore peace in Iraq. The girl has severe tunnel vision, she is not empathetic at all to the situation of the people in Iraq who fear for their lives every day. Sadaam needs to be removed and if its by force then so be it.

it most probably is fake probably a prankster, actually in an interview of saddam couple of weeks ago cbs used voice actors to mimic arab accent in english for saddam and they made him sound sympathetic.

I don't think it's a fake, but the girl was clearly well out of her depth.

If they were interested in holding an actual debate on this war, they would have been better suited to finding a more capable anti-war advocate and a less antagonisitc pro-war advocate. S'pose it wouldn't have been as ammusing then though.
