find out why you're bitter, what's making you mad. learn to control your emotions, although this is definitely a good place to go and release the negatives (i've done it)....

dunno what to say....learn to enjoy life, and focus on the positive, make the best out of negatives, and life goes on...

Well, my advice would be: people are annoying, they do annoying things, find some way that you can ignore these things or you end up driving yourself crazy and becoming an angry person. I personally just think how stupid the people are to myself and have a good laugh and the anger at how annoying people can be goes away.

^^^^^ yup, the first step is admitting and addressing the problem you have. i have a pretty hot temper too, so lately i've been trying to actually think before i speak. if you have a lot of built up anger, and you say you take it out on ta folk, then try to think about WHY you're mad, and if it's really worth fighting over. petty things don't matter in the long run, i've come to learn this. life is too short to always be fighting...

i dont know how you screwed up
but you need to relax, sleep more, do something you love, get busy. if you are angry or get annoyed with people on the boards, remember, it is only the fuckin internet, you only know these people online, and what tehy say or do probably wont have any affect on your life
so just chill =)
