how do you post music samples in the threads?

i keep going down to browse and uploading a track, but it doesnt do anything..please help me fix this problem//thanks

when u upload files:
1. make u sure u *fully* uploaded it
2. make sure its smaller than the limit
3. and it was encoded in mp3 format with no errors?

i think thats it
i tried to do it for an id track (which i found anyway) but it didnt like me
