im interested in a smapler that can do what the korg electribe sampler can do...
but w/ better sound quality and maybe better midi implementations...
any suggestions?

Yamaha SU200 (same pricerange), Yamaha SU700 (somewhat more expensive and discontinued), Yamaha RS7000/Roland MC909/Akai MPC2000(XL) (lots more expensive, but very good sample options).
