For Example:

Say Tiesto played at Gatecrasher on April 5, 2003. Well When you look in the tracklist forum or anywhere for that matter you will you get:
Dj Tiesto - Live @ Gatecrasher (4/5/03)
or
Dj Tiesto - Live @ Gatecrasher (5/4/03

So my question is, how the hell do you distinguish between the two??? The first one to me says April 5, 2003, but the second one says MAY 4, 2003. Anyone have any answers to this??? Its been confusing forever.

there was an international date format made, but no1 uses it, so basically you just have to go on other set dates on the site. ie if it says 31/08/02, then you know its day first, then use that method on the sets in question.

I do mine by year-month-date. (ISO 8601 Standard)

Stuff on TA is MM-DD-YY
