Hey guys! I was wondering what company you use for auto insurance (for those of you with cars). I have State Farm and I pay $330/month. And that is with an upstate address. I need a new carrier. What do you guys pay and with whom?

i just got insurance on my own (on my parents account before). i ended up going with progressive, they gave me the best quote.

BUT i am paying a little over 1k for 6 months. geico wanted to charge me ~$2475 for 6 months. i live upstate, but i have a bad driving record. someone likes to drive too fast.

insurance companies make it pretty easy to get quotes, you can do it all online. just get your driving record and be truthful about all convictions so your quoted rate and actual rate will be the same.

First of all, you suck!

2nd of all, it IS full coverage. The reason it is so high is because I got a moving violation in 2001 for "permitting an unlicensed operator" to drive my vehicle. This basically means that my loser #*@(%#@)$*(#@)%@ ex fiancee was driving my car without a license. So, my ins is jacked up. BUT it is killing me. If I can just save 20 bux I will be happy. So if ANYONE has ANY suggestions WHATSOEVER please help cause I need more money for clubbing!

Seriously, tho, I am just looking for other carriers to get quotes from. In New york.

On the other hand, gasoline is almost triple as expensive here

i use all state, they gave me the best quote

upstate - use www.progressive.com ... $1000 a year here, FULL coverage..
